We have a comprehensive service programme from fitting the bike to your requirements to a complete service. Parts, labour and VAT included in price unless otherwise stated. Click on the links below for the type of service or repair required.

• Service 1 - £17.50 – Bike setup/assemble
• Service 2 - £30.00 – Basic, adjust and lubricate
• Service 3- £45.00 - Assemble new bike -- Be it in a box or part assemble
• Service 4 - £48.00 - Service 3 plus a wash and scrub d
• Service 5 £48.00 Replace all cables plus Service 4 

 Service 1     £17.50 – Bike setup/assemble  (Back To List)

• Fit bike to rider -- Adjusting saddle, handlebars, brake levers 
• Advice on riding
  • Carry out safety check and demonstrate safety check to customer
  • Provide general advise on cycling as requested

Service 2      £30.00 –  Basic, adjust and lubricate    (Back To List) 

•  Check and adjust headset
•  Check and adjust Hubs
•  Check and adjust Bottom bracket
•  Check chain and drivetrain for wear
•  External Lubrication
•  Check and adjust Brakes
•  Check and adjust Gears
•  Check and adjust tyre pressures
•  Safety check
•  Report on any findings not covered in service
•  Parts/Labour for replacing worn parts are extra

Service 3 From £35.00 - Assemble new bike -- Be it in a box or part assembled  Price includes a follow up check after 6-8 weeks of use    (Back To List) 

1.        £35.00 - Tag-a-longs, Trailers, Child Trailers, Childrens 16" wheel bikes
2.        £42.00 - Bicycles up to the value of £500
3.        £55.00 - Bicycles over the value of £500
4.        £55.00 - Tricycles, Tandem, Adaptive bikes

• Check chain and drivetrain for wear
• External Lubrication
• Check and adjust Brakes

Service 4      £48.00 Wash & Scrub plus wheel tune. Plus Sevrice 3Clean   (Back To List) 

•  Full Bike wash and degrease drivetrain. See image of Drivetrain below
•  Clean and Lube Gear and Brake cables
•  Wheel true in frame
•  Check and adjust Brakes
•  Check and adjust headset
•  Check and adjust Hubs
•  Check and adjust Bottom bracket
•  Check chain and drivetrain for wear
•  External Lubrication
•  Check and adjust Brakes
•  Check and adjust Gears (to best possible function)
•  Check and adjust tyre pressures
•  Safety check
•  Report on any findings not covered in service
•  Parts/Labour for replacing worn parts are extra 

Service 5  £48.00 Replace all cables plus Service 4

•  Replace Brake cables
•  Replace Gear cables
•  Full Bike wash and degrease drivetrain
•  Clean and Lube Gear and Brake cables
•  Wheel true in frame
•  Check and adjust Brakes
•  Check and adjust headset
•  Check and adjust Hubs
•  Check and adjust Bottom bracket
•  Check chain and drivetrain for wear
•  External Lubrication
•  Check and adjust Brakes
•  Check and adjust Gears (to best possible function)
•  Check and adjust tyre pressures
•  Safety check
•  Report on any findings not covered in service
